As a Chiropractor, my journey began as a professional cricketer, where a serious lower back injury at 17 led me to discover chiropractic care. This experience not only helped me return to the game stronger but ignited my passion to help others overcome injury and move better. I am dedicated to patient-centred care, listening closely to each person's unique story and goals. Using tools like posture scans and tailored treatments—including manual adjustments, soft tissue therapy, and rehabilitation—I aim to address root causes and support long-term health. I especially enjoy helping athletes perform at their best, while also supporting diverse patients, from pregnant women to those seeking greater ease in daily movement. Outside work, I stay active playing semi-professional cricket, running, swimming, and connecting with friends. Helping patients regain control of their bodies and live pain-free is the most rewarding part of my work.
