Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all bookings made with Aligned Chiro and may also be subject to additional terms set by the practitioner.

Payment

  • Standard treatment fees are payable at the time of service.
  • Discounts are applicable for when paying in fortnightly or monthly Pre-Payment instalments - this can be discussed with your chiropractor.
  • The patient or guardian is responsible for payment of all fees. 

Rates and Charges

  • All quoted prices include compulsory government taxes and charges, such as GST, where applicable.

Cancellation and Missed Appointments

  • If you cancel an appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, a $45 cancellation fee may apply, at the discretion of Aligned Chiro.

Founders 100 — Terms & Conditions

The Founders 100 Card is a thank-you gift for the first 100 patients who start care with our new chiropractor at this clinic.

It’s designed to reward people who stay consistent with their chiropractic program and commit to looking after their health.

These terms explain how to qualify, keep your Founders benefits, and when they may end.

1. Eligibility

To receive a Founders 100 Card, you must:

  1. Be one of the first 100 patients to begin care with the new chiropractor at this clinic.

  2. Start a recommended program of care after your Report Visit.

  3. Activate your card by beginning that program.

Founders spots are limited to the first 100 eligible patients only.

2. Keeping Your Founders Benefits Active

To keep your Founders 100 benefits active, we simply ask that you:

A) Stay on an active program of care

You’ll need to be on a current program (Initial Intensive, Corrective, Maintenance, or Wellness) that’s appropriate for your goals and scan/x-ray findings.

B) Remain on direct debit

All Founders members use direct debit to make visits smooth and simple.

  • Your direct debit must remain active.

  • If payments repeatedly fail or are cancelled, your Founders status may end.

C) Maintain regular attendance

Life happens, but as a guide:

  • If you are away from care for more than 30 days with no future booking, your Founders status may lapse.

  • If you know you’ll be away (holidays, surgery, major life events), speak to us and we can note an approved pause (see Section 6).

3. When Founders Status May End

Your Founders 100 status and benefits may end if:

  1. You cancel your program of care.

  2. You cancel or permanently stop your direct debit.

  3. There is a gap of more than 30 days in care without an agreed pause or future booking.

  4. There are repeated no-shows or late cancellations.

  5. In rare cases, where behaviour is inconsistent with clinic values or our team’s safety.

Once Founders status is removed, it cannot be reactivated, as places are strictly limited.

4. What Your Founders Card Includes

While your Founders status is active, you receive:

  • Last Year’s Pricing — Forever

  • Free scans, x-rays & assessments — always (when clinically required)

  • 15% off all products (excluding sale items)

  • Free birthday adjustment

  • Priority access to urgent / same-day appointments

  • Family perk: 10% off their first care plan - 10% additional discount off standard pricing/discounting. For immediate family members only (same household).

These benefits apply only to the named cardholder, while under active care.

5. What the Card Doesn’t Include

To keep things clear:

  • The card is not transferable to another person.

  • Benefits don’t automatically extend to family members (other than the “Family perk” listed above).

  • It doesn’t guarantee appointments outside normal clinic hours.

  • It doesn’t override clinical judgement — your chiropractor will always recommend what’s clinically appropriate for you.

The card and benefits have no cash value and can’t be exchanged or refunded.

6. Pauses, Holidays and Life Events

We understand there are times you may need to pause care (extended holidays, surgery, major life events).

  • If you let us know in advance, we can note a temporary pause on your file.

  • In most cases, pauses of up to 60 days can be approved without losing Founders status.

  • All we ask is that you book back in as soon as you’re able so we can review your spine and update your plan.

7. Lost Cards

If you lose your Founders card, we’re happy to re-issue a replacement.
A small replacement fee may apply.

Your benefits are linked to your patient file, so losing the physical card does not automatically remove your Founders status.

8. Moving Clinics or Changing Chiropractors

  • Founders 100 benefits are tied to this clinic location.

  • If you move to another Aligned Chiro clinic, your Founders benefits may not automatically transfer, but we’ll always do our best to look after you.

If you’re relocating, speak to us and we’ll explain your options.

9. Updates to the Founders 100 Program

From time to time, we may update or refine the Founders 100 program or benefits.

  • Any changes will be reasonable and in the spirit of rewarding loyal patients.

We’ll let Founders members know if anything important changes.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. 
  • You are protected by our 30-day 100% money back guarantee if;

If you are not achieving the results agreed between you and your practitioner within 30 days of commencing care and;

  • You have followed the recommendations agreed between you and your practitioner including home care and appointment frequency and;
  • Your account is fully paid/not in arrears and;
  • You are booked on a specific program of care and;
  • You are on schedule pay.

Speak with your practitioner within 30 days of your New Patient appointment for a 100% refund of care provided.
