Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to all bookings made with Aligned Chiro and may also be subject to additional terms set by the practitioner.

Payment

• Standard treatment fees are payable at the time of service.
• Discounts are applicable for when paying in fortnightly or monthly Pre-Payment installments - this can be discussed with your chiropractor.
• The patient or guardian is responsible for payment of all fees. 

Rates and Charges

• All quoted prices include compulsory government taxes and charges, such as GST, where applicable.

Cancellation and Missed Appointments

• If you cancel an appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, a $45 cancellation fee may apply, at the discretion of Aligned Chiro.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. 
• You are protected by our 30-day 100% money back guarantee.

If you are not achieving the results agreed between you and your practitioner within 30 days of commencing care and;

• You have followed the recommendations agreed between you and your practitioner including home care and appointment frequency.
• Your account is fully paid/not in arrears.

Speak with your practitioner within 30 days of your New Patient appointment for a 100% refund of care provided.

Acceptance

You accept these terms and conditions by making a booking with Aligned Chiro
